1. Freight rules and shipping time
Shipping Rules - Taiwan (Main Island, Outlying Islands)
There are no restrictions on the products, shipping methods and payment methods for shopping on this website. Shipping to Taiwan (main island and outlying islands):
Home delivery - Shipping fee is 100 yuan (home delivery is always sent by Black Cat Delivery).
Convenience store pickup - shipping fee is 60 yuan (store-to-store pickup options include 7-11, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life).
Shipping Rules - Overseas
All overseas shipments will be sent by EMS International Express. Actual shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping country and package size.
Shipping rules - China, Hong Kong and Macao
All shipments to China, Hong Kong and Macao will be sent by SF Express. Actual shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping area and package size.
Shipping Time - Taiwan (main island, outlying islands)
It will take about 1-2 days for the goods to be shipped after the order is placed (excluding holidays), and it will take about 1~3 days for the goods to arrive after being shipped.
Shipping time - Overseas
The shipment will be arranged about 1-2 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays). The arrival date will vary depending on the country/region of the delivery address.
The actual delivery time shall be subject to the operating hours of local express delivery companies.
Shipping time - China, Hong Kong and Macao
The shipment will be arranged in about 1-2 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays), and the goods will arrive in about 3-5 days after being sent out.
2. Instructions for product returns and exchanges
Return and exchange policy
The following situations cannot be exchanged, please pay attention to avoid affecting the return and exchange rights.
- Please do not directly stick the logistics order on the outer packaging of the product for delivery. Please add an outer packaging bag to avoid damaging the original packaging of the product.
- In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act's seven-day cooling-off period (including holidays, which is a consideration period, not a trial period), returned or exchanged products must be packaged intact and brand new products that do not affect secondary sales. If the product has been opened, used, and lacks integrity and has lost its resale value, it cannot be returned.
- The returned goods must include the product itself, original packaging, hanging tags, gifts, and accessories. Do not damage the original packaging or omit any accessories. If the product is faulty, damaged, worn, scratched, dirty, or the packaging is damaged or incomplete due to personal improper use by the consumer, no returns or refunds will be accepted. The product will be returned or the cost of repairing it will be charged according to the damaged state.
- If the original order was purchased with a discount code, the discount code will not be restored after the return. If the order is combined with activities such as shopping credits, discounts for a certain amount, or free shipping for a certain amount, the shopping credits will not be refunded when a partial refund is made. The calculation method will be based on the official one. PRETTYNICE LTD. reserves the right to interpret the plan.
- If you apply for a return (have already received the goods), after applying for a return, you have agreed that PRETTYNICE LTD. will fully handle the sales return order and related subsequent matters on your behalf.
- Due to computer resolution and screen issues, there will be color differences. The actual product received shall prevail.
- If you would like to confirm the quantity in stock or have any questions about any product before placing an order, please use the INBOX message function in the lower right corner of the website to inquire.
Exchange process
- When exchanging goods, please keep the goods, packaging, and accessories intact without scratches and damage, and the gifts intact.
- Please use the messaging function on the website to contact customer service staff, explain the exchange situation and attach relevant photos as proof of purchase.
- After the customer service staff confirms that the exchange is available, attach a note to the package indicating your "name", "phone number" and "official website order number".
- The customer service staff will provide you with the recipient's "name", "phone number", and "supermarket store", and then please go to any 7-11 store for store-to-store delivery. After sending, please provide the "shipping number" to facilitate our follow-up tracking.
- If the exchange is for personal needs, you need to bear the return shipping costs. Please remit the specified amount of shipping costs to the designated account provided by the customer service staff, and provide the "remittance date" and "last five digits of the account number" when the remittance is completed to facilitate verification.
- Provide your "name", "phone number", "home delivery address" and the "name/size/color" of the product to be replaced. The replacement product will be sent to you after the product is received and confirmed to be correct.
Return and refund process
- Please contact us within 7 days (including holidays) of receiving the product for return and refund matters. Please provide clear [photos of the packaged product] for inspection and confirmation. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- If the product has been unpacked, please put it back into the original packaging and write [Name] and [Official Website Return] on the outer packaging for confirmation.
- It is estimated that within 1-5 working days after receiving the return, PRETTYNICE LTD. will process the refund procedure after confirming that the goods are correct.
- The refund will be made according to your payment method:
Store to Store Collection Payment - We will remit the payment by bank transfer to the bank account you provide.
Payment by bank transfer - We will remit the funds to the bank account you provide us.
Credit card payment - We will refund the amount directly through the website backend.
