1. Freight rules and shipping time
Shipping rules - Taiwan (main island, outlying islands)
There are no restrictions on products, shipping and payment methods for shopping on this website to be sent to Taiwan (main island and outlying islands):
The shipping fee for home delivery is 100 yuan (all home delivery is sent by SF Express).
The shipping fee for picking up the goods at a convenience store is 60 yuan (you can choose 7-11, FamilyMart, or Laifu for store-to-store pickup).
Shipping Rules - Overseas
All overseas shipments will be sent by EMS International Express. Actual shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping country and package size.
Shipping rules - China, Hong Kong and Macao
All shipments to China, Hong Kong and Macao will be sent by SF Express. Actual shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping area and package size.
Shipping time - Taiwan (main island, outlying islands)
It takes about 1-2 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays), and it takes about 1-3 days after the product is shipped to arrive.
Shipping time - Overseas
Shipment will be arranged approximately 1-2 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays). The arrival date will vary according to the country/region of the delivery address. The actual operating hours of the local courier operator shall prevail.
Shipping time - China, Hong Kong and Macao
Shipment will be arranged approximately 1-2 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays), and it will arrive approximately 2-4 days after the product is shipped.
2. Instructions for product returns and exchanges
Return and exchange policy
Exchanges cannot be accepted under the following conditions, please note that this will not affect your rights to return or exchange.
- Please do not attach the logistics list directly to the outer packaging of the product for delivery. Please add an outer packaging bag to avoid damaging the original packaging of the product.
- In accordance with the seven-day hesitation period stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law (including holidays, this is a consideration period and not a trial period), the returned and exchanged goods must be in intact packaging and will not affect the second sale of brand new goods. If the goods have been unpacked, If it has been used so that it lacks integrity and loses its resale value, it cannot be returned.
- Returned goods must include the product body, original packaging, hanging tags, gifts, and accessories. Do not damage the original packaging or omit any accessories. If the product is malfunctioned, damaged, worn, abraded, or scratched due to human factors caused by improper use by the consumer, If the product is dirty, damaged or the packaging is incomplete, returns and refunds will not be accepted. The product will be returned or a new fee will be charged depending on the damaged condition.
- The original order was purchased using a discount code, and the discount code will not be restored after the return. If the order is accompanied by an activity that uses shopping credit discounts, full discounts, or free shipping when the full amount is exceeded, the shopping credit will not be refunded when a partial refund is made. The calculation method will be based on the official one. PRETTYNICE LTD. reserves the right to interpret the plan.
- If you apply for a return (the goods have been received), after applying for a return, you have agreed that PRETTYNICE LTD. will handle the sales return order and related follow-up matters on your behalf.
- There will be color differences due to computer resolution and screen issues. The actual product received shall prevail.
- If you want to confirm the quantity in stock and any product-related questions before placing an order, please use the INBOX message function in the lower right corner of the website to inquire.
Exchange process
- When exchanging goods, please keep the goods, packaging, and accessories intact without scratches and damage, and the gifts intact.
- Please use the messaging function on the website to contact customer service staff, explain the exchange situation and attach relevant photos as proof of purchase.
- After the customer service staff confirms that the exchange is available, attach a note to the package indicating your "name", "phone number" and "official website order number".
- The customer service staff will provide you with the recipient's "name", "phone number", and "supermarket store", and then please go to any 7-11 store for store-to-store delivery. After sending, please provide the "shipping number" to facilitate our follow-up tracking.
- If the exchange is for personal needs, you need to bear the return shipping costs. Please remit the specified amount of shipping costs to the designated account provided by the customer service staff, and provide the "remittance date" and "last five digits of the account number" when the remittance is completed to facilitate verification.
- Provide your "name", "phone number", "home delivery address" and the "name/size/color" of the product to be replaced. The replacement product will be sent to you after the product is received and confirmed to be correct.
Return and refund process
- Within 7 days of receiving the goods (including holidays), contact us for returns and refunds. And provide clear [including photos of packaged goods] for inspection and confirmation. Late orders will not be accepted.
- If the product has been opened, please put the product back into the original packaging and write [name] and [official website return] on the outer packaging for confirmation.
- It is expected that within 1-5 working days after receiving the returned goods, PRETTYNICE LTD. will process the refund procedure after confirming that the goods are correct.
- The money for the return will be refunded according to the method of payment you used. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be performed directly for you online. For payment at the supermarket, the refund will be performed according to the account you provided.
